In celebration of the season, the doughnut shop company is re-releasing some of their most popular varieties and introducing some new ones.
The time for pumpkin spice lattes has come.
On Monday, Krispy Kreme unveiled a new line of pumpkin spice doughnuts and lattes.
Two old favorites are back, and two new ones were made especially for the pumpkin spice season at Krispy Kreme.
The donut shop is catering to those who want a taste of fall by bringing back the pumpkin spice original glazed donut and the classic, glazed pumpkin spice cake donut.
The first new donut from the brand is a pumpkin spice cheesecake swirl donut, which is sure to please those with a taste for the unusual. Sugar is sprinkled on top of a pumpkin spice glazed ring that has been frosted with a combination of pumpkin buttercream and cheesecake frosting. The pumpkin spice maple pecan donut, which is covered in maple icing and sprinkled with candied pecans, was also invented by Krispy Kreme.

Pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin spice coffee, and pumpkin spice frozen latte are all available to customers who want to bring a little taste of fall to their morning drink.
However, this isn’t the first time Krispy Kreme has brought back the pumpkin spice doughnuts this year.
On April 1st, Krispy Kreme announced on Instagram that, in honor of April Fool’s Day, the pumpkin spice original glazed rings will be making a comeback.
Donuts were available from the company until April 2, but not everyone was confident that they would be able to score a coveted ring. “Before I waste any more time, please verify. One user commented on the announcement post, “It says I can order for pickup but I’m still not buying it.” One user exclaimed, “They’re real and they’re spectacular!” after acquiring the autumn favorite in spring.
Krispy Kreme marked 86 years in business this past July. The company marked the occasion by offering a dozen donuts for 86 cents with the purchase of a dozen at the standard price.
In 1937, Vernon Rudolph established Krispy Kreme. He “cut a hole in an outside wall and began selling Original Glazed doughnuts directly to customers on the sidewalk,” according to a release, after customers kept walking by and requesting to buy his baked goods.
