This comes after it was reported that the suspects were responsible for a large disruption that occurred at the west Toledo facility in May of 2023.
During her court appearance on Thursday, the lady who is suspected of vandalizing a Wendy’s restaurant in the west side of Toledo and hitting employees after receiving a crispy chicken sandwich without cheese entered a not guilty plea to both of the charges against her.

Jalinia Stuart, who is 33 years old, was charged with receiving stolen property and illegal conveyance of weapons, and according to the documents filed in the case, she pled not guilty to the accusations. After being arrested, it is alleged that Stuart brought a weapon to the detention center where she was being held.
On July 17, Stuart is expected to return to court for another hearing related to the pretrial proceedings. After posting OR bail, she was freed.

Early in the month of June, on June 8, co-defendant Dominique Ezell, who is 32 years old, also entered a not guilty plea to a charge of vandalism. He was released on supervised OR bail, and his next court appearance is scheduled on the 17th of July.

Following an altercation that took place on May 24 at a Wendy’s located on West Laskey Road, Stuart and Ezell were taken into custody. According to a police complaint, employees contacted 911 when Stuart allegedly became upset that she did not receive cheese on her crispy chicken sandwich, hurled Frostys at an employee, broke a register, and dragged one employee by their hair. The incident apparently prompted the employees to take action.

On June 1, charges were brought against both of the suspects.
